My university doesn’t have an official Starbucks, but in the downstairs coffee shop of the library they brew Starbucks coffee.

There are no young and beautiful baristas, no artsy customers with their thick rimmed glasses and scarves, no artwork hung around the coffee shop, no relaxing music, no lounging atmosphere, and no cups with inspirational quotes on them.

Having an old lady with a hairnet and ugly uniform squint at her Starbucks recipe sheet and serve you your drink in a school cafeteria makes you realize how little the Starbucks experience actually has to do with the coffee.
