View full-sized Facebook profile pictures of non-friends

Share

Ever click someone on Facebook only to see that you can’t view any of their profile unless you become their friend? There is one thing you can still see, and that is their full-sized profile picture. Here’s how to do it.

1) Right-click on the small-sized profile picture and click Properties

2) Copy and paste the Address or Location of the image into your address bar.

3) Now just change the s at the beginning of the filename to an n and hit enter. Voila, you now have the large version.

The last I checked there is also a Firefox add-on called 'Boost' which enables a user just to place their cursor on the thumbnail to enlarge it. I have not used it since version three of the browser but nevertheless I am sure those features on the add-on still exists.

Ahhhh good call Dwight, I love that extension! It also allows you to download entire Facebook photo albums in one click, very useful.
