How to access UOIT/DC MyCampus e-mail from Outlook or anything else using IMAP
Checking MyCampus is a pain. I currently have my iPhone and my Netvibes Homepage check it for me automatically so I don’t miss anything important! Save yourself some hassle and set this up.
Protocol: IMAP
Server: itsosims02.mycampus.ca
Port: 143 (standard one), and no SSL (no authentication)
Username: Your Student ID i.e. 100123456
Password: Your MyCampus password or your original MyCampus password if you changed it i.e. Your Birthdate MMDDYY

is the server the same for both incoming and outgoing mail?

Unfortunately I don't think anyone has figured out the settings for outgoing yet. This is incoming only.
